Once you have read our course information you will be ready to proceed with your application. All applicants who have a UK correspondence address are automatically invited to attend a visit day.
Interviews and offers
Once you have selected Manchester as a choice on your UCAS form your application is sent automatically to the School where Dr Tony Adams (Admissions Tutor) considers your past and predicted academic performance, your personal statement and the reference supplied. Suitable candidates are made an offer and invited to an Admission Day which takes place between November and March on Wednesday afternoons, you will be informed about this in writing. This is an opportunity for applicants to meet academic staff, programme directors, present undergraduate students and also have an informal interview by an academic member of staff, this usually lasts around 25 min. We believe that it is extremely beneficial to our applicants to attend an Admissions Day as your choice of University is an important one and it is essential that you are sure that the City, University, School and Programme are the right ones for you.
